How was everyone's Thanksgiving?
I wish I could remember the artist who did this series...
I'm really enjoying the grunge revival going on.
This in response to this. It's slightly old news, but it's still amazing.

Sedona pt 2
I was so glad Sedona still had a bunch of fall leaves still up. It's getting pretty late, and we figured they'd all have given way to winter, but I suppose Arizona takes a little longer to transition. Mother and I bought some home-grown apples from Oak Creek. They were very sweet and delicious. It makes me wish I had an apple tree of my own. The concert on Friday was great, but I didn't bring my camera, because my friend said they'd likely confiscate it. It would have been too dark to get any decent pictures anyway.

Sedona pt 1
Mom and I went up to Sedona last Saturday, and it was so beautiful. It was such a nice break from Phoenix, to be surrounded by so much nature and quiet. I'm separating my pictures into two posts, because there are so many, and to show the difference between the two places we visited. (There are many more on my Flickr).

Somehow it's Tuesday again! Time is just flying by! I'll be going to a Dir En Grey concert on Friday, so I hope my camera takes some...decent pictures. It's utterly horrid at night.
Toast, apricot jam, eggs with cheese, black beans, rice, onions and tomatoes, and veggie burger.
White fish cooked in sherry, spinach, onions, pine nuts, and garlic.
Fruit compote. Soo good when hot.
Song of the day: Felt Mountain- Goldfrapp. Seriously good.

Cause I only have eyes for you.
I'm always curious how people find the names for their blogs. The inspirations behind them, be it silly, or intellectual, perhaps a reference to something, or just words that sound nice together. When I initially started this blog in '07 (though I've deleted all the posts from then, hah), this was my direct inspiration for the name:
It has always been one of my most absolute favorite pieces from that show, though I have a long, long list. Both the song, accompanied by the dance, are what I was drawing from.
What's been an inspiration for yours?

Oooh, yeah, it was like lightning!
I have a whole bunch of things to post, once I actually start uploading my photos, including ones from my trip to Sedona. Luckily a bunch of fall leaves were still up.

You only lose the gold.
I went to visit my friends in Tucson on Sunday and Monday. It was fun, and Nikol and I made stuffing. Unfortunately I forgot to take a picture. We walked over to the park, which was nice, but I was facing the sun, so it kinda made it hard to hold a conversation. These aren't from my visit, though. I haven't been doing much otherwise. I suppose I should go back to working on my story.
Aww, lookit Kermit!
